    On Friday, June 8 at approximately 2:23 a.m., Detective Ryan Hickman observed a car being operated erratically on Route 183. . Hickman stopped the vehicle and, after a brief investigation, arrested the drive, Keith Fialkoff, 20, of Ringwood for driving while intoxicated. He was also charged with reckless driving, failure to exhibit a drivers license and refusing to submit to a breath test. He was released pending a Monday, June 18 municipal court appearance. Hickman was assisted by Netcong Patrolman Jason Jonoski. On Monday, June 11, at about 08:04 a.m., Patrolman Christopher Bork observed noticed a vehicle on Brooklyn Road with the front license plate missing. Bork stopped the car and, after a brief investigation, discovered the driver, Alexandra C. Galeos 19, of Lafayette, and her female passenger,Staci N. Alario 20, of Sparta, appeared to be inpossession of a controlled dangerouse substance believed to be marijuana. Galeos was charged with driving while under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, allowing another to operate a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, possesion of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute, and possesion of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. She was released pending a Monday, June 18 municipal court appearance. Alario was charged with possesion of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, possesion of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, improper display of license plates, and allowing another to operate a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance. She was also released pending a June 18 municipal court appearance. Bork was assisted by Patrolman Robert Popelka and Officer Ross Hatzel of the Mount Olive Township police department. .
