    Borough police arrested two men on related credit card offenses. On May 1, Michael J. Kaloudis, 18, of Stanhope was charged with four counts of using a stolen credit card, a third degree crime, and one count of theft of a credit card, a fourth degree crime. The theft was reported on Apirl 2 by the victim, a relative of the accused. Officer Robert Popelka responded lo the original call and obtained a record of where the card was used. Detective Hickrnan continued the investigation and brought charges against Kaloudis was processed and released pending a May 21 court date. Police didn’t report his arrest until they completed investigation of a second subject. On May 9, Danford M. Wiggins, 38, of Netcong was charged with three counts of using a stolen credit card, one count ol theft of a credit card,m a fourth degree crime and two counts of forgery, a fourth degree crime. Popelka and Hickman investigated. Hickman filed the charges. Wiggins was released pending a May 21, court date. On May 1, Richard Crozier, 55, of Franklin was arrested and charged with harassment, a petty disorderly persons offense, and violation of a restraining order, a fourth degree crime. Crozier was processed and released after posting $2,000 bail. Popelka was the arresting officer. On May 5 Jeffrey Anderson, 20, of Stanhope was arrested by Popelka for an outstanding warrant of $250 from Randolph Township. Anderson was arrested during a motor vehicle stop and was released after posting bail On May 7, Elaine Kowalick, 47, of Andover was arrested by Officer Indano for an outstanding warrant of $190 from Rockaway. She was arrested during a motor vehicle stop and was released after posting bail. On May 8, Joseph Migliorino, 18, of Byram was arrested by Officer Indano for an outstanding warrant of $81 from Mount Olive Township. Migliorino was arrested during a motor vehicle stop and was released after posting bail
