Summer camp registration underway at Fairview Lake YMCA
Stillwater Fairview Lake YMCA would like to remind parents that registration is already underway for their summer sleepaway camps for next year. Fairview Lake YMCA is home to over two dozen fun and exciting camps offered to children in grades 2 through 11. These summer camps give campers the option of choosing from a traditional summer camp experience or one of their exciting specialty camps, which allows campers to focus on one specific area of interest such as sailing, windsurfing or horseback riding. Fairview Lake also offers an exciting camping experience for those looking for a challenge. As its name would suggest, Environmental Trips for Challenge consists of much more than just pretty scenery. Campers are challenged to push themselves and learn new skills as they navigate through nature by way of bikes, canoes, repel ropes and long hikes. Regardless of which program a child chooses, parents can rest assured that their children are in good hands. The Fairview Lake YMCA is accredited by the American Camping Association and licensed by the state of New Jersey. Their trained and experienced staff is a carefully selected group of individuals who demonstrate a love and ability to work with children. Space is limited, so parents are encouraged to register now while spots are still available and to take advantage of early-bird rates by registering before Dec. 31.
