    Sept. 30 Andrew R. Fackrell, 20, of Hamburg, was sentenced to three years probation, was ordered to serve 110 days in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility and was given credit for 109 days served. He must submit to a TASC evaluation and follow all recommendations made, submit to random urine monitoring, obtain gainful employment, pay total fines and penalties of $1,205 and submit a DNA sample at his expense. His New Jersey driving privileges were suspended for six months. He pled guilty on July 11, 2011 to possession of heroin, a crime of the third degree. In pleading guilty, Fackrell admitted that he possessed heroin on April 17, 2011 when police responded to his residence regarding a wellness check. Oct. 3 Tyler K. Zappa, 19, of Lafayette was sentenced to three years probation, 30 days county jail, 90 days SLAP, continue outpatient substance abuse treatment, $1,205 in fines and a six-month loss of drivers license. He pled guilty on July 11 to the third degree crime of distribution of one-half ounce or more of marijuana. He admitted to selling a total of approximately four ounces of marijuana on three occasions in February and March in Newton and Sparta to an undercover detective assigned to the Sussex County Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force. Nicholas C. Morley, 27, of Highland Lakes pled guilty to the third degree crime of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He admitted to possessing 56 bags of heroin during the course of a motor vehicle stop by Vernon Township Police Officer Kenneth Kuzicki on July 1, 2011. Kevin A. Sickels, 22, of Newton pled guilty to the third degree distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance and fourth degree possession with the intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance. He admitted that on June 17 and 21 in Andover and Newton he distributed more than one ounce of marijuana to an individual cooperating with the Sussex County Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force. He also admitted to possessing less than an ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute it and also possessing suboxone on June 27 in Newton. James A. Smith, 25, of Hopatcong pled guilty to the third degree crime of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and the fourth degree crime of attempting to defraud a drug test. He admitted that on Aug. 15 he possessed 13 bags of heroin in Hopatcong and that he also possessed a small bottle of urine which he intended to use to defraud a drug test administered by the Intensive Supervision Program. David T. Campbell, 45, of Newton pled guilty to failure to register, a fourth degree crime. Brian Dietz, 28, of Branchville pled guilty to terroristic threats, a third degree crime. Steven A. Castimore, 50, of Sussex pled guilty to third degree possession of cocaine. He admitted to being in possession of crack cocaine while being placed under arrest on an outstanding warrant. Oct. 7 Kevin C. Lee, 19, of Newton, was sentenced to three years probation. He must also obtain employment, attend AA/NA meetings, submit his DNA and pay Courts costs and fines. He pled guilty on July 18, 2011, to third degree possession of heroin. When police responded to a report of a drug overdose, Lee admitted to being in possession of heroin.
