    Sept. 19 Christopher Bootsma, 44, of Newton was arrested on six charges. Two counts of aggravated sexual assault, first degree; two counts of endagering the welfare of a child, first degree; and two counts of endagering the welfare of a minor, second degree. Bootsma is being held on $250,000 bail with no 10 percent option. At the time of his arrest he was incarcerated on other charges. On or about Aug. 20, 2005 the defendant is alleged to have committed acts of sexual penetration, and recorded them, with a 10-year-old child. Alyssa M. Weston, 21, of Sparta pled guilty to the third degree crime of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance and distribution of a controlled dangerous substance while within 1,000 feet of a school. She admitted that on May 11, 2010 in Sparta she sold three OxyContin pills to an individual cooperating with the Sussex County Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force. She also admitted to selling two OxyContin pills on June 7, 2010 in Andover while within 1,000 feet of the Florence M. Burd School. Drew J. Repasy, 27, of Vernon, pled guilty to theft and impersonation, both third degree crimes, and credit card theft, a crime of the fourth degree. Turner E. Graham, 22, of Lafayette pled guilty to theft, a third degree crime. In pleading guilty, Graham admitted that he took jewelry and a check from a relative he was visiting in Andover Township on May 30, 2011. John M. Zalasky, 32, of Lafayette pled guilty to burglary, a third degree crime, and theft, a crime of the fourth degree. In pleading guilty, Zalasky admitted that he entered an area closed to the public and took a cash register drawer filled with money from the Dunkin Donuts in Byram on April 29.
