    July 8 Kaitlyn R. Tarsa, 23, of Wantage was sentenced to six years state prison, $280 in fines, $16,560 in restitution. She pled guilty on June 6 to the third degree crimes of theft and burglary. She admitted to stealing more than $10,000 from a home in Wantage on Oct. 12, 2010. She also admitted to burglarizing a house in West Milford on Nov. 11, 2010. July 13 James S. Boffey, 25, of Queens, N. Y., was sentenced to five years probation and two years loss of license. He pled guilty on June 13 to third degree eluding and driving while intoxicated. After being signaled to stop, Mr. Boffey led Patrolman Sean Geddis of the Franklin Police Department on a chase through Hamburg and Hardyston towards Vernon before his vehicle rolled over. July 14 Miyhosi Benton, 22, of Newton was sentenced to three years state prison concurrent to a New York prison term. He pled guilty on June 20 to two counts of burglary, third degree crimes. Louis Didonna, 32, of Wantage was sentenced to three years probation conditioned on serving 180 days in the county jail with credit for time served. He pled guilty on June 13 to possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, a third degree crime. Justin Hickman, 22, of Villas was sentenced to one year probation. He pled guilty on June 20, 2011, to failing to register as sex offender, a third degree crime. George Vandyke, 33, of Sussex was sentenced to two years probation. He pled guilty on June 6 to possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a third degree crime, and contempt, a fourth degree crime. Danielle Hauck, 28, of Blairstown was sentenced to three years probation and 163 days in jail (time served). On June 20 Hauck pled guilty to one count of endangering the welfare of an injured victim. Wilson Padilla, 49, of Highland Lakes was sentenced to four years state prison on the aggravated assault and one year state prison on contempt and the Community Supervision for Life violation, concurrent to the four years. He pled guilty on June 13 to aggravated assault, a third degree crime, contempt, a fourth degree crime and Community Supervision for Life violation, a fourth degree crime. Christopher Schwarz, 31, of Hopatcong was sentenced to five years drug court probation and must comply with all standard conditions of drug court probation. He must pay total fines and penalties of $1,205 and submit a DNA sample at his expense. He pled guilty on June 20 to possession of heroin, a crime of the third degree. In pleading guilty, Schwarz admitted that heroin found during a motor vehicle stop in Stanhope on April 10 belonged to him. July 15 Ryan Bradford, 25, of Franklin was sentenced to three years probation. He pled guilty on May 23 to resisting arrest, a fourth degree crime. Kim Y. Barnes, 45, of Hamburg was sentenced to two years probation and 100 hours community service. He pled guilty on April 4 to Aggravated Assault With A Deadly Weapon, a third degree crime. Erik Reider, 24, of Wantage was sentenced to four years probation, 60 days in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility with a credit for 15 days. He pled guilty on May 16 to unlawful possession of a weapon, a third degree crime. Anthony Craft, 28, of Baldwin, NY, was sentenced to two years probation. He pled guilty on Nov. 3, 2008, to Possession of CDS, a third degree crime. Amy Branham, 21, of Newton was sentenced to three years probation. She pled guilty on May 23 to possession of CDS, a third degree crime. July 18 William L. Jennings, 36, of Stanhope pled guilty to burglary and theft, both crimes of the third degree. In pleading guilty, Jennings admitted that he and a co-defendant broke into a residence in Andover Township on April 7 and took copper piping. July 20 Daniel Mayer, 26, of Newton was sentenced to three years state prison. He pled guilty on June 27 to theft by unlawful taking, a third degree crime. July 21 Robert Oakley, 29, of Montague, was sentenced to five years state prison. He pled guilty on May 27 to two counts of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, third degree crimes. Lauren Saccomondo, 21, of Highland Lakes was sentenced to three years probation, was ordered to perform 100 hours of community service, continue with her current drug treatment program, submit to random urine monitoring, obtain employment when appropriate and her driving privileges were suspended for six months. This sentence is to run concurrent but not coterminous to any other sentence she may be presently serving. She must pay total fines and penalties of $1,205 and submit a DNA sample at her expense. She pled guilty on June 20 to possession of heroin, a crime of the third degree. In pleading guilty, Saccomondo admitted that, on March 6 she was found to be in possession of heroin while at work at a local business in Vernon Township. Christopher A. Raymond, 43, of Franklin was sentenced to six years New Jersey State Prison and was ordered to pay total restitution of $48,350 to four victims. He must pay total fines and penalties of $530 and submit a DNA sample at his expense. He pled guilty on May 26 to three counts of third degree burglary and one count of criminal mischief, a crime of the fourth degree. In pleading guilty, Raymond admitted that, on three separate occasions between May 20, 2010 and August 11, 2010, he illegally entered three residences in Lafayette Township, damaging a door frame and lock during one of those incidents.
