ANDOVER — Andover Township Police Officers Brian Kithcart and Ed Diklich met with the Greater Andover Senior Citizens Club on Dec. 19 to provide them with tips on protecting themselves against fraud and general safety information. Topics included being alert to particular types of scams, the purpose of Andover Township's Reverse 9-1-1 system, and how to be ready for emergency situations. "Times are tough for everyone, there is a lot of theft, and, people try to get the best of you," said Diklich.
