The Giving Tree: a Byram Christmas tradition continues

Byram - Once again, Cub Scouts from local Pack 276 came together after Thanksgiving to kick off the Christmas season with the lighting of the Giving Tree at Classic Bagel & Deli. This marks the 16th year in a row that Scouts have sponsored this event. The Giving Tree contains over 150 ornaments, hand-made by children. Each ornament contains a label with a special gift request on it. Patrons of Classic Bagel are invited to take an ornament and return the requested gift. Each gift will go to a less fortunate child in the area. The scouts of Pack 276 welcome you to participate in this Byram tradition. Special thanks go out to Classic Bagel & Deli for its participation, and to Lockwood Farms for once again donating this year’s tree. The Giving Tree runs now through Dec. 15.
