‘The King and I' comes to Long Pond School

Andover Township — More than 70 children from fifth through eighth grades at Long Pond School are participating in a production of “The Kind and I” to be held on April 27 and 28. Fifth graders make “perfect Siamese children” for the cast, according to director Bonnie Reed. Other children hold the starring roles or are working backstage. The exotic Southeast Asian costumes are of the children’s own design and creation.
