YMCA has holiday gift for new members

Sussex County - Throughout December the Sussex County YMCA will be giving the gift of one extra month to anyone who signs up for an annual membership. “Whether you’re looking for a gift idea for that person who has everything, or you just want to see a healthier you in the New Year, the YMCA provides healthy solutions to people of all ages to get fit and stay healthy,”said Kurt Haas, executive director. As a full-service wellness center, the YMCA boasts the latest in user friendly, state-of-the-art equipment. It also offers more than 50 fitness classes and programs, many of which are included in membership, such as Pilates, cardio, step, circuit training, and more. Some programs are also offered as one-on-one instruction to give members personalized attention to work on specific problem areas.
