Citizen sets seminar

To the Editor: I am sponsoring a Child Safety and Substance Awareness Seminar on Monday, March 19, 2007 7:00 PM at the Lake Mohawk Country Club in Sparta. A full press release is posted on our website This Forum for parents will include presentations on issues involving our children from the grade school, middle school and high school ages and will include a question and answer period. Displays of drug paraphernalia that may be used by our children will be available. Important information on drug usage, both prescription and street drugs, gang involvement, inhalants, Internet activities( including MySpace, etc.) and steroid use by high school athletes will be covered.
