Thanks for support of youth programs

To the Editor: I would like to thank The Township Journal for its continued support of the youth programs in our area. According to our local daily newspaper, you would never know there was a North Jersey Youth Division Championship. These championships and sports as a whole are just as important to our younger children as high school sports are to the older youths. Like the high school student, their accomplishments deserve to be recognized. These children are the future of the high school sports programs. Not only did The Township Journal cover the championship, but upon request, at no charge, it provided a copy for each of our team members. We were very grateful and handed them out at our awards banquet. Just one more note: The Township Journal also covered our Mother-Son game last year. Thank you very much for being there!
